Q : Which products should I use if I'm new to ORYN?

As our formulations are gentle and work in harmony with your skin you can feel confident introducing any of our products into your current skincare regime. If you haven’t yet found your ideal skincare routine we’d recommend cleansing and moisturising twice a day as an introduction to achieving healthy and vibrant skin.

Q : What causes acne, and which ORYN product can I use?

Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. It often causes whiteheads, blackheads or pimples, and usually appears on the face, forehead, chest, upper back and shoulders. Acne is most common among teenagers, though it affects people of all ages.

Effective treatments are available, but acne can be persistent. The pimples and bumps heal slowly, and when one begins to go away, others seem to crop up.

Depending on its severity, acne can cause emotional distress and scar the skin. The earlier you start treatment, the lower your risk of such problems.

Q : How do I know if a product is right for me?

Sometimes, there is no way to tell for sure unless you try it. Usually, however, you can make an educated guess by examining the product’s label and ingredient list. To increase the chance that products won’t irritate your skin, seek out those that are fragrance-free, contain little or no alcohol, and are labeled “FOR ALL TYPES OF SKIN”.

Q : How do I find out my skin type?

Typically, skin is classified in just a few categories, including normal, oily, dry, and sensitive. If you have combination skin, it means your skin is one type in one area and another type in another area (oily around your T-zone but normal everywhere else, for instance). Your skin type can change over time and can also be affected by factors such as hormones, medications, and diet. To get a good idea of what your skin type might be, wash it gently and leave it product-free for several hours before examining it closely to observe different areas.

We would like to highlight that if the product is damaged due to manufacturing defect such as below, we would take necessary action to replace new product or process refunds for you if any: Product does not according to the normal standards; The content of the product expires before the expiry date stated on the packaging; Unwanted foreign object inside the content.
